Job Overview

This role involves providing support to a teenage boy in LS17, promoting independence and a sense of community. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexibly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the teenage boy in daily life, including personal care and domestic tasks
  • Encourage independence and self-reliance, promoting a sense of confidence and self-worth
  • Work collaboratively with the boy to set and achieve goals, fostering a positive and supportive relationship

Hours and Pay

The working hours will be discussed and agreed upon, but will be approximately 8 hours per week. The hourly rate is £15.00, with the potential for additional overtime.
