Lead the Way in Care Home Management

Care UK is seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Manager to join our team at Parker Meadows Care Home in Fareham. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents and driving the success of our care home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and management to all staff employed in the home.
  • Promote a culture of excellence in care delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice.
  • Oversee the financial and commercial management of the home, ensuring effective budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, relatives, and external agencies to ensure a positive reputation in the local community.
Requirements:
  • 2-3+ years of experience in a Home Manager role, preferably in a Residential and Dementia setting.
  • Proven ability to manage a budget and accounts, with a strong understanding of financial management principles.
  • Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Health and Safety Legislation, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
  • Ability to innovate and improve care standards through effective leadership and management.
