Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team on a temporary full-time basis at the Nottingham Magistrates Court. This is a great opportunity to gain experience working within the courts and contribute to the smooth operation of the administrative services.

Key Tasks

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the building support team
  • Answering phone calls and responding to general emails
  • Contacting external contractors
  • Performing general administrative duties

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Admin experience and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Able to remain professional at all times

Compensation

">

The hourly rate for this role is £88, and clearance checks involving 3 years' full referencing and a DBS check are required.
