Invision Group is seeking a skilled Refurbishment Specialist to join their team in Hampshire and Sussex. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for refurbishing residential properties across the region.

About the Role

We are looking for someone with experience in painting and decorating, carpentry, bricklaying, and plastering. You will be required to travel between Sussex and Hampshire, working on various refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Structural modifications, including plastering, flooring, and basic roofing.
  • Interior and exterior painting, wallpapering, and surface preparation.
  • General repairs, fixing broken windows, doors, and furniture.
  • Fitting damaged brickwork, replacing brickwork, and repairing joints to prevent water damage.

You will also be expected to follow safety protocols at all times.

Requirements
  • A manual driving licence is essential.
  • CSCS qualification is desirable but not mandatory.

The salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
