Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service to customers, ensuring that they receive an outstanding in-store experience.
- You'll be passionate and knowledgeable about the product range, with a keen eye for detail.
- Leading from the front with a hands-on approach, you'll be responsible for leading, driving and motivating the store team.
- You will have the autonomy to influence where stock is merchandised in your store, using your commercial knowledge and creative flair to ensure that the store is merchandised and presented to the highest standard.
- Achieving exceptional standards, financial objectives and KPI's, analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales.
- Identifying current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers.
- Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.
- Proposing innovative ideas to increase market share and drive business growth.
- Maintaining store staffing levels by recruiting, selecting and training employees.
- Having overall responsibility for all aspects of the success of the store and store team.
About You…
- You'll have management experience, gained within a store-based retail role, with a proven track-record of delivering high standards and great results.
- Whilst it's preferable that you'll have experience of working in fashion retail, candidates will be considered who have a passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
- You'll be a people person with the ability to lead, manage and motivate your team, with excellent communication and people skills.
- Your customer service will be second-to-none and you will thrive in an environment which is centred around providing extraordinary service.
- You'll be a self-starter who is commercially focused and proactive in your approach, with the ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
