Electrical Site Supervisor Opportunity

Liberty is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join our team in Liverpool, working on contracts in the North West and Wales. This is a full-time permanent position, requiring a 40-hour workweek, with a competitive salary of up to GBP40,000 per annum, plus OTE, Company Van, Fuel Card, and Excellent Benefits.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising trade operatives and sub-contractors, ensuring the consistent delivery of an efficient and cost-effective customer-focused operational repairs service. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading the NICEIC QS for the area
  2. Managing and supervising trade operatives and sub-contractors
  3. Delivering high-quality electrical work, ensuring accurate recording of inspection and testing results
  4. Implementing processes for continuous improvement of performance management plans
  5. Effectively managing all works
Requirements

We are looking for a competent Electrical Site Supervisor with qualified supervisory experience, ideally in a social housing environment. Previous experience as an NICEIC QS is essential, as is experience using NICEIC certification website.
