Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing 24/7 support to our young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that address each child's specific needs and goals.

Responsibilities
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable young people. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing direct care and support to our young people, including assistance with daily living tasks, education, and leisure activities.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our young people, based on empathy, trust, and respect.
  • Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary teams to identify and address the complex needs of each child.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, as required by our regulatory bodies.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Level 3 Diploma in Childcare or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children and young people in a residential setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • An enhanced DBS check, as required by our regulatory bodies.
