About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious National Account Executive to join our team at The Simmance Partnership Limited. As a National Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key customers in the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including Retail, Discounter, and Independent channels
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and sales growth
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the FMCG sector
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
