About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a part-time youth coordinator.

This role involves providing care and support services to children with special and additional needs, promoting social skills and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver person-centred care and support services, focusing on individual client needs.
  • Conduct assessments and reviews to ensure effective care plans are in place.
  • Organise engaging play and leisure activities, promoting social skills and development.
  • Develop and review individual care and support plans in collaboration with the team.
Requirements:
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent qualification, with relevant health and social care experience.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, conveying empathy and understanding.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach, taking initiative to support colleagues and promote a positive team culture.
  • Able to work flexibly, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Committed to ongoing learning and professional development, enhancing skills and knowledge.
