Global Demand Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Demand Planner to join our team at Adecco UK Limited. As a Demand Planner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the demand strategy and ensuring seamless operations.

• Demand Planning: Develop and maintain accurate demand plans, driving the demand strategy and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• S&OP Process: Lead the Demand Review S&OP process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure supply and demand alignment.
• System Management: Manage the Demand Planning system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Product Changes: Implement product changes on the system, ensuring seamless operational execution.
• Insight Management: Handle internal and external insight feeds, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.
• Reconciliation: Accountable for demand reconciliation and gap closing monitoring, ensuring accurate forecasting.
• LEAN Initiatives: Drive the end-to-end demand process using LEAN initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Supply Planner to resolve supply and demand conflicts, ensuring optimal supply chain performance.
• Forecast Accuracy: Ensure forecast accuracy and validate critical data, driving business decisions with data-driven insights.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate processes continuously, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
• Budget Review: Review the gap between the demand plan and the sales budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Experience: Essential experience in supply chain or demand planning roles, with a proven track record of driving demand strategy and ensuring seamless operations.
• Skills: Advanced analytical skills, Excel, and Smartsheet knowledge, with the ability to manage complex data sets and drive business insights.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with demand and supply chain systems, LEAN, and S&OP processes, with the ability to apply knowledge to drive business outcomes.
• Traits: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and motivated to drive business outcomes.
