About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Documentary Producer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing, producing, and delivering engaging video content for our HENI Talks YouTube channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce high-quality documentary content that showcases the art and culture of our featured artists and estates.
  • Collaborate with our project team and stakeholders to develop concepts, manage feedback, and obtain sign-off.
  • Take a test-and-learn approach to reviewing previous content and analyzing successful approaches to incorporate them into subsequent work.
  • Develop repeatable formats and create new stories and formats that showcase the art and culture of our featured artists and estates.
  • Track record of creating successful content for similar, well-established channels.
  • Excellent understanding of YouTube and documentary audiences.
  • Interest in the arts is essential.
  • Prioritize and manage a variety of tasks, using time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
