At Autism Initiatives, we strive to provide specialist services tailored to each individual's unique needs. As a Support Worker, you will develop a trusting and respectful rapport with people with autism, supporting them with personal care while promoting and encouraging independence. You will also provide quality support that is personalized to individual health and well-being needs.

As a Support Worker, you will be part of a friendly team that provides full initial training and ongoing development programs to support you in your role.
