Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including schools and educational institutions, to build strong relationships and increase revenue.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, ensuring our services remain relevant and effective.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management and informing business decisions.
- Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, preferably within the education or services sector.
- Strong understanding of the education market, with a network of contacts in the sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to analyse data and generate sales reports, providing insights to inform business decisions.
