About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Chartwells - Independent. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food and beverages, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to a high standard
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve our goals
  • Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and procedures
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as required
