Professional Lead for Adult Mental Health Services

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Amhp professional to join our team as a Professional Lead for Adult Mental Health Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team of workers, supporting staff, and undertaking statutory duties as part of the Amhp role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a small team of workers to ensure effective delivery of adult mental health services.
- Be responsible for workflow management, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Support and manage staff to achieve their full potential and provide high-quality services to clients.
- Undertake Amhp duties, including assessment, care planning, and coordination of services.
- Ensure strengths-based practice is embedded in all aspects of the service.
What We Offer:
- An estimated salary of £38,900 per annum (£3,075 per month), paid monthly.
