About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Trading Underwriter to join our high-performing Client Services department at DAS UK Group.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, develop your skills, and take ownership of your work.

You will be responsible for negotiating renewal terms, providing performance updates, and proactively managing insurance risk for our business partners.

In addition, you will identify underwriting issues impacting our business partners, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve these issues, and demonstrate your ability to develop meaningful relationships with business partners.

We are looking for a candidate with previous underwriting experience, a passion for customer outcomes, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

About You
  • You have a proven track record of using MS Excel to review and analyze data.
  • You are innovative, able to develop long-term relationships with business partners, and possess excellent project management skills.
  • You can work at pace while maintaining high-quality output, manage multiple projects and tasks, and meet challenging deadlines.
  • You have the ability to lead complex underwriting conversations with business partners.
