Gaucho, a renowned dining institution, seeks an exceptional Senior Hospitality Operations Manager to spearhead the success of our esteemed City restaurant. Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement strategies that optimize restaurant capacity, driving revenue growth and exceeding cover targets.
  • To maintain adherence to all agreed systems, ensuring seamless operational efficiency and quality service delivery.
  • To oversee floor planning and section management, maintaining accurate records and histories of section allocation.
  • To allocate tasks effectively to team members, adjusting according to service requirements and promoting productivity.
  • To manage guest databases through accurate records and database systems, enhancing customer relationships and loyalty.
  • To manage staffing levels, including costed rotas, holiday management, and productivity optimization.
  • To drive business growth by understanding and proactively working towards all cover growth targets.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Head/Senior Receptionist or equivalent role.
  • Enthusiasm for hospitality and a fast-paced working environment.
  • A warm and hospitable personality, with strong leadership skills.
