About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team at Dunedin IT in Edinburgh. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients across Scotland and England.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with our helpdesk team to resolve IT requests via phone and email
  • Provide onsite support and installation of new technology at client sites
  • Collaborate with our team on larger IT projects
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in an MSP environment or equivalent in an IT department
  • Knowledge of Apple and Windows desktop environments, Office 365, Cloud Solutions, and Microsoft Server technologies
  • Understanding of networks, IT Security, and best practices
  • A full driving license
