Job Title: Registered Nurse - (NHS Band 6 Equivalent)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care to our residents. You will need to have a current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care staff: You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care to our residents.
  • Develop care plans: You will need to produce well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks.
  • Manage medicine: You will oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift in accordance with company policies and current legislation.
  • Make decisions: You will be responsible for making decisions in a timely manner and taking action accordingly.
  • Support and guide: You will utilize your clinical skills to provide guidance and support to all team members.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse: You must be a Registered Nurse with the ability to lead a team of care staff.
  • Passion for care: You must be passionate about delivering great care and supporting the residents and their families.
  • Team player: You must be a team player who engages well with others.
  • Communication skills: You must be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Legislation knowledge: You must demonstrate an understanding and application of relevant legislation in relation to the role.
