Role Profile:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team as a key contact for internal and external customers. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, resolving complex issues efficiently, and fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Key Tasks:
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Promote a customer-centric culture by providing exceptional support.
- Analyse data to inform fleet optimisation strategies and enhance overall service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures, and relevant legislated requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues through regular interactions.
Essential Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
- Desirable: experience in the transport and air freight industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early starts and late finishes.
Remuneration Package:
A competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, aligned with your skills and experience, plus opportunities for professional growth and development within our dynamic team.
