Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • The assembly of passenger information products
  • Ensure high standards of quality, efficiency, and service level are consistently achieved
  • Ensure good levels of communication within the team
  • Provide support to team members as required
  • Adhere to UK Health and Safety Regulations and safe working practices
  • Adhere to quality standards, factory rules, and HR policies
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities
  • Meet deadlines and targets set by the Repair Team Leader
  • Establish a good working relationship with the Repair team and key members of Manufacturing
  • Report Health and Safety issues/near misses to the Repair Team Leader

Requirements:

  • Experience using hand tools
  • Ability to follow assembly drawings
  • Previous soldering skills are beneficial
  • Ability to mechanically assemble items and wire them in line with manufacturer instructions
