Job Summary:
As a Community Outreach Advocate with Orange Recruitment, you will serve as a vital link between our organization and the community, promoting social inclusion and supporting marginalized groups. This role involves working closely with our Support Team Manager to develop and implement outreach programs and support services tailored to the unique needs of our service users.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver outreach programs aimed at increasing engagement and participation among hard-to-reach communities.
  • Cultivate partnerships with local organizations, stakeholders, and community leaders to amplify our impact and build trust.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, attendance, and outcomes to inform future service planning and improvement.

Compensation Package:
This position offers a competitive salary range of £23,097.06 – £25,183.75 per annum, along with opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
