We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Mentor to work with children and young people who exhibit challenging behaviour in a school setting. This is a permanent, full-time role with a September start.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement strategies to support students with behavioural needs. Your expertise will help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behaviour support plans
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals
  • Provide individualised support to students with behavioural needs

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children and young people with challenging behaviour
