About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Estate Agent to join our team at Allen & Harris, a leading estate agency with a rich history and a commitment to excellence. As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in helping people find their dream home by generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and agreeing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations to showcase properties to potential buyers
  • Conduct property viewings to provide a personalized experience for clients
  • Negotiate offers and agree sales to ensure a smooth transaction process
  • Optimize every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor

Requirements:

  • Preferably an experienced sales professional with a track record of success
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
