Are you a driven Technical Sales Manager with a passion for Fenestration looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you to lead and manage a small dynamic team, selling bespoke products such as uPVC windows and doors to achieve targets, develop strategies to increase sales, and build strong customer relationships.
The Role:
- Lead and manage sales team to achieve targets and increase sales
- Work closely with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Design bespoke CAD drawings to showcase products and enhance customer experience
- Main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
The Person:
- Proven technical sales experience in Fenestration
- Strong sales management skills, with experience in leading and managing sales teams
- Proficiency in CAD design and ability to create bespoke drawings
- Full driving license and ability to travel to client sites
