About the Role

  • You will be a key player in achieving and exceeding KPIs, working at a fast pace to deliver exceptional results. You will be a champion of world-class artistry and an impeccable customer experience, and will be a Charlotte Tilbury brand ambassador.
  • You will be a team player, understanding your impact and how vital your role is. You will be adaptable to change and a real support to your managers and colleagues alike.
  • You will have a passion for makeup and skincare, and will be able to recreate the magic of our iconic looks on customers, while also offering advice and guidance.
  • You will follow our company grooming standards to a tee, and will be proud to display your knowledge and skills.

About You

  • You will have experience as a Sales Advisor, ideally gained from a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG.
  • You will be passionate about being part of a beauty brand that disrupts the way it is seen, and continues to grow. You will love all things Charlotte Tilbury, and will be not afraid to spread the word.
  • You will have experience in applying makeup, and will be able to adapt your style to different customers with different needs.
  • You will champion positivity, and will be able to think in a limitless way that makes your energy shine.
  • You will be required to be flexible to work on a shift basis, including both early shifts and late shifts.
