We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SENCO to join our team in a Part-time, Full-Time role. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring all students with special educational needs receive the support and resources they need to thrive academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the provision for students with special educational needs.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to support students with SEN.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external agencies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of students with SEN, ensuring they achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with relevant SENCO qualifications.
  • Proven experience as a LEAD SENCO in a primary school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of SEN legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
