Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at One Call 24 LTD. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing care and support to children and young people in our residential setting. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality care and support for children and young people, creating a safe and supportive environment, and establishing positive relationships with residents. You will also be required to attend to practical matters, act as a key worker for young people, and help them achieve their goals. Additionally, you will need to deal with challenging behavior in a professional manner.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 1 year’s experience working in care in the UK, preferably with children and young people. An enhanced DBS check is also a requirement. Furthermore, you must be able to work sleep-in shifts. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
