Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional person-centred care to our clients, promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs, using equipment such as hoists.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition, ensuring timely interventions.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations, promoting social interaction and emotional well-being.
  • Administer medication, as prescribed, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • 6 months of professional care experience in the UK, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Previous experience working with complex care clients, including those with tracheostomies.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, and short notice periods.
