Technical Support Manager Role

At Recruit4staff, we are looking for a skilled Technical Support Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual to develop their career in an office environment. As a Technical Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound enquiries, providing excellent customer service, and working with customers via email and live chat.
The ideal candidate will have strong European language skills in Italian, Dutch, German, or French, as well as previous customer service experience. We require a candidate who can communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Previous customer service experience
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, private medical insurance, and ongoing training. The ideal candidate will be based in Swansea, with commutability from Cardiff and Newport.
