Property Administration and Maintenance Expert

Firmin Recruit LTD is currently seeking a highly skilled Building and Facilities Manager to join their team as a Full-time Facilities Coordinator. The successful candidate will work closely with the Housing Management team to ensure the efficient operation of residential property maintenance.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property or facilities administration, with excellent Microsoft Office skills and a full UK driving license. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with inspections to identify maintenance issues
- Planning and coordinating inspections to ensure seamless execution
- Managing maintenance issues, including issuing works orders to contractors and chasing quotations
- Providing general facilities coordination support
Key Responsibilities
- Previous experience working as a property or facilities administrator/coordinator
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Full clean UK driving license and own vehicle
What We Offer
- Competitive salary range: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, dependent on experience
