Job Title: Employment Law Solicitor

We are seeking an enthusiastic employment law solicitor to join our team in Birmingham. As an employment law solicitor, you will be advising employers on contentious and non-contentious employment matters across various sectors.

About the Role

You will be working with our employment partners in the Birmingham team, including Jog Hundle, Richard Santy, Richard Barker, and Kate Watkins. You will be part of the cross-office Employment, Pensions, and Immigration NSL, headed up by partner David Mills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising employers on employment matters
  • Engaging in business development to promote the firm's practice
  • Working with colleagues in other offices
Requirements
  • At least 1 year's experience as an employment lawyer
  • Self-starting with common sense and initiative
  • Excellent written English for drafting purposes
  • Excellent presentational skills
  • Ability to work as a team-player on complex matters
