As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our digital advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities:

* Act as product owner of ad serving with experience using Campaign Manager 360
* Traffic online advertising campaigns including but not limited to display ads
* Monitor campaign pacing and progress for each client
* Help in troubleshooting online ad delivery and performance issues
* Ensure conversion tracking and data collection is functioning properly
* Work with the wider team to deliver goals for our clients
* Capture and maintain all related campaign updates and progress within our designated company dashboard
* Generate and present professional campaign delivery reports for both internal and client review
* Help in any other advertising campaign pre-launch and post-launch tasks
* Act as internal point of contact for Media, Commercial, and Marketing teams
* Provide back up support for all team members
* Play a key role in providing feedback and recommendations to improve process and efficiencies

Requirements:

* Prior digital experience in operation team and demonstrable experience within Ad Ops and web ad-serving technologies
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel as well as Google Sheets
* An understanding of Looker Studio coding syntax and ability to amend code based on the dashboard criteria
* Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively independently in a team environment
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment to manage multiple projects simultaneously
