Job Title: Performance Biomass Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Biomass Performance Engineer to join our team at Arcus FM Limited. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our biomass systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete tasks on our contract with a major supermarket chain within agreed timeframes
  • Ensure planned and reactive works are completed within SLA agreed timescales
  • Develop relationships with clients and colleagues across stores

What We Offer:

  • Up to £38,846 per annum, depending on experience
  • Van (with option for personal use) and fuel card
  • Smartphone, tools, uniform, PPE
  • Up to 4% discretionary bonus scheme, subject to achievement of targets

Additional Information:

  • 45 hours per week
  • 1 in 4 weeks on call, including 1 in 4 Saturdays
