Learning and Development Advisor

Frazer Jones has partnered with a leading Law Firm that prioritizes employee growth and success. As they continue to expand, they seek a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Advisor to join their team.

This is a permanent role with a salary of circa £45,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learning Activity Coordination
    • Manage end-to-end learning activities, including course creation, enrolment management, tracking, and reporting.
    • Implement and optimize learning management systems to streamline the learning process.
    • Ensure seamless delivery of training programs, maintaining high engagement and participation levels.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Work closely with HR, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and External Training Providers to identify learning and development needs.
    • Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to define clear learning objectives and goals aligned with organizational strategies.
    • Establish effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed about ongoing learning initiatives.
  • Learning Program Design
    • Provide support to SMEs in the design of effective learning programs.
    • Develop comprehensive learning programs that align with organizational objectives and address identified needs.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality and relevance of learning programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in learning and development, with a focus on program design and coordination.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems and other relevant technologies.
