About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Visual Merchandising Supervisor to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our visual merchandising team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional visual standards across our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead weekly walkthroughs with the floor managers and in-store VM team to plan workload and provide clear direction on focus areas.
  2. Work closely with the floor managers and their teams to ensure brands are merchandised commercially and in line with the Frasers Group way.
  3. Effectively coordinate the retail team across operational tasks, guiding them with your operational expertise.
  4. Provide timely feedback to associates, recognising success and positively challenging poor performance.
  5. Use your expertise to coach and develop the VM and shop floor teams to improve their confidence and merchandising skills.
  6. Create a desire to buy by consistently delivering exceptional visual standards through commercial and elevated merchandising.
  7. Be reactive to best-selling products and key product in store, feeding back to the Head Office VM Team.
  8. Hands-on in setting up and documenting seasonal Model Store across all departments.
  9. Work closely with Sales Managers to deliver promotions and events that meet deadlines and maximise sales.
  10. Maintain POS and visual equipment to ensure the store can deliver a strong visual message.

Requirements:

  • A background in luxury visual merchandising or a similar role is essential.
  • You must have experience leading a team in a fashion retail environment.
  • Possess a passion for product, brands, and trend.
  • A career path in retail is crucial for this position.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills are necessary.
