Delivering Festive Cheer

As a Mail Sorter at Royal Mail, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every Christmas card and present safely reaches its destination. Your duties will include unloading mail and packages from our vans, moving mail and packages through our centres, and helping sort mail and packages.

Shift Patterns
We offer a range of shifts to suit your needs, including lates, nights, earlies, and weekends. Most sites offer onsite canteen facilities, social areas for breaktimes, and access to a subsidised gym.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be organised and efficient, with the ability to switch between tasks during a shift. You'll also need to be comfortable with extended periods of walking and standing, and able to push trolleys (up to 250kg) and lift/move mail bags (up to 11kg).
