We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused team member to join our Straits Kitchen & Bar team at Pan Pacific London.



About the Role



As a Commis Runner, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. Your tasks will include maintaining complete knowledge of all menu items, preparation methods, and ingredients, performing the preparation of station and kitchen pass, and anticipating service staff needs.



Key Responsibilities




  • Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items, preparation methods, and ingredients.
  • Perform the preparation of station and kitchen pass, ensuring compliance to departmental standards.
  • Anticipate service staff needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all staff, however busy and whatever time of day.
  • Ensure that all dining areas are cleared, maintained, and reset according to department procedures.
  • Perform table set-ups, check for cleanliness, neatness, and agreement to departmental standards whenever requested.
