HSEQ Manager

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental professional to join our team as HSEQ Manager at Kenton Black. As a key member of our HSEQ team, you will be responsible for providing operational safety, health, environment, and quality support throughout the region. Your expertise in civil engineering environments and risk mitigation will be invaluable in this role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Visiting various sites and integrating with delivery teams to provide a solutions-led approach
- Conducting regular site inspections to support operational staff working across civil engineering and rail schemes
- Providing a key liaison in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality with internal and external stakeholders
- Driving best practice in a challenging health and safety environment
Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental legislation and current construction practices is essential. You will also be:
- NEBOSH-qualified (minimum)
- Experienced in utilities or civil engineering projects (essential)
- Experienced in Rail (preferable)
- CEnv or AIEMA (essential)
We are looking for a dynamic and personable individual who can engage with site teams and stakeholders to drive positive change and improve health and safety performance.
