Job Summary:
Teaching Personnel is seeking a skilled and dedicated Educational Support Professional to provide general cover across our supportive Secondary Schools. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, supervising pupils, and ensuring effective behavior management in line with school policy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to pupils across the KS3/KS4 and sometimes KS5 curriculum.
- Supervise pupils during lessons and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Implement effective behavior management strategies to promote positive pupil behavior.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless lesson delivery and pupil support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of lesson plans and educational programs.
Requirements:
- Availability for standard working hours: 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Prior experience working in schools teaching English and Maths.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Subject-specific qualifications.
- Full-time availability.
