About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Consultant to join our team at the Russell Taylor Group Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our employees and stakeholders.

Job Summary

You will be responsible for providing expert advice on health and safety matters, conducting risk assessments, and implementing control measures to mitigate potential hazards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement effective control measures.
  • Provide expert advice on health and safety matters to senior management and employees.
  • Maintain accurate records of health and safety inspections, audits, and training.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized Nebosh qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a health and safety role, preferably in a safety-critical facility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
