Construction Territory Sales Professional

You will be responsible for securing new build specifications through liaison with Architects, Building Surveyors, Local Authorities and Main / Approved Contractors, ensuring they are fully aware of the products, their benefits and associated accessories. Rewards & Benefits
This role comes with an estimated salary of £50K - £60K (dependent on experience) with an additional £20-35K bonus. You will also receive a company car, 7% pension, private healthcare, home office setup and life insurance. In addition, you will have access to 25 days holiday (rising with length of service) + public holidays.
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to travel across the North & East London region, developing the territory and nurturing existing business while growing new one. Selling via the Specification sales method is key. Your strong communication skills will enable you to liaise effectively with various stakeholders, including Architects, Building Surveyors, Local Authorities and Main / Approved Contractors.
