Horticultural Care Manager

Fresh Horticultural Careers is seeking an exceptional Gardener to care for gardens at a Grade II listed Georgian mansion and Award-winning Executive homes in Roehampton, London.
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum.
Job Summary:
This role involves the restoration, maintenance, and improvement of gardens, including hard landscaping, and the establishment of new projects. As a skilled Gardener, you will apply your expertise to ensure optimal plant health, efficient irrigation systems, and effective maintenance of garden machinery.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement garden renovations, taking into account client preferences and budget constraints.
- Perform regular garden maintenance tasks, such as pruning, weeding, and mulching.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements:
- Academic qualifications and certifications in horticulture and related fields, demonstrating a strong foundation in gardening principles and practices.
