Job Opportunity: Engineer (Operations)

Black Fox Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Engineer (Operations) to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, management, and development of infrastructure within designated operational areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise operational and maintenance works to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Oversee consultants and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site surveys, prepare designs, and manage construction projects to meet client requirements.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, event organisers, and local groups to enhance recreational use of amenities.
  • Participate in emergency response duties to ensure the safety of staff and the public.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Level 8 or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of Civil/Structural Engineering and health & safety in construction.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and IT skills.
  • A valid driving licence with the ability to travel.

Desirable qualifications include 2+ years post-qualification experience in operations/maintenance, knowledge of environmental issues, and experience working across two jurisdictions.
