Job Description


Civils Site Managers play a crucial role in delivering large-scale data centre construction projects. The successful candidate will oversee the restructuring and expansion of an existing data hall in Gloucester, ensuring timely completion within a 52-week programme.


The position involves managing a team to create new white space, replace generators, install new electrical infrastructure, and complete groundwork for mechanical equipment installation. M&E works include cooling systems, fire protection, BMS, containment, PDU's, cabling, communications, and fire safety.


Responsibilities



  2. Take full financial and delivery responsibility.
  3. Carry out financial forecasting and reporting of cost, sales, gross profit, and risk.
  4. Ensure that records, data, and systems are maintained up-to-date and in accordance with standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements



  • Experience in critical infrastructure, preferably in pharmaceutical or hospital settings.
  • HNC, HND, or degree in civil engineering.
  • SMSTS certification.
  • Black CSCS card.
  • First aid training.
  • Full driving licence.
