Thermon Sales Engineer Opportunity

Thermon UK is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to expand and strengthen our business within the designated sales region. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing new customers, developing key accounts, and maintaining long-term relationships built on mutual trust.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new customers and key accounts within the region.
  • Conduct customer analysis to uncover potential Heat Tracing and Process Heating opportunities.
  • Develop and implement plans to maximize sales of Thermon's products, systems, and services.
  • Foster and maintain long-term relationships with customers based on mutual trust.
  • Conduct negotiations, assist in preparing quotations, and help draft contracts.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management and provide constructive feedback.
  • Oversee sales and margins within the assigned region.
  • Follow up on opportunities and quotations, ensuring all activities are logged in CRM.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, commerce, or equivalent experience in a commercial background.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in a technical and/or industrial sector, with a preference for candidates with experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, and Renewables sectors.
  • Valid driver's license required.
