We are now seeking a Pedagogical Development Tutor to join our team in South East England, Oxfordshire, Wantage. This part-time role offers the opportunity to work closely with students and contribute to their academic development.

About the Role:
  • This temporary position requires a minimum of 2 years' experience working with children

The successful candidate will have a strong teaching background and experience in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). A teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE or equivalent) and additional training in SEN support are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse learning styles of students
  2. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents/guardians
  3. Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to create individualised learning plans

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with students and parents
  • Proven track record of adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

We estimate an annual salary of £25,000 - £35,000 for this role, depending on qualifications and experience.
