Job Title: IM Standards Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IM Standards Coordinator to join our BIM team at Assystem GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of IM standards on complex design and build projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the application of IM standards across projects, adhering to the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
• Support information exchanges within our CDE solution
• Facilitate technical reviews and verification processes by ensuring seamless information exchange
• Collaborate with project and technical teams to plan and execute critical reviews and meetings
• Record meeting minutes and ensure timely distribution to relevant parties via the CDE
• Manage document packages through the defined process, guaranteeing accuracy and completeness
• Oversee comment response matrices from document reviewers, ensuring all comments are addressed
• Maintain the CDE and key deliverable schedules outlined in Task Information Delivery Plans
• Provide insightful document management-related reports and statistics to senior management
• Ensure full auditability of information transactions within the CDE

About You:
• Hold academic qualifications of HNC/HND (or higher) in an engineering subject or possess equivalent experience
• Possess design and construction experience in a relevant field
• Have experience working in highly regulated industries such as Nuclear, Energy, Transportation, and Infrastructure
• Demonstrate substantial knowledge of building infrastructure assets
• Be proficient in BIM standards and protocols
• Show relevant expertise in data management systems and technical governance
• Proven experience managing a team of Document Controllers and Information Managers

Desired Skills:
• Experience with BuildingSMART Professional Certification, CDE administration, Revit, Navisworks, Solibri
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum depending on experience
