About the RoleAs a Sous Chef at Compass Group UK&I, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our clients and customers. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and present high-quality food that meets our standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the needs of our clients and customers
• Identify opportunities to improve our food service and implement changes as needed
• Create a positive kitchen environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration
• Support the team in delivering our culinary concepts to our customers
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image
• Support the team with ordering food, stock control, and controlling food waste
• Oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
• Support the team to manage budgets and successfully meet financial targets
