Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead business growth and development at TOPPS TILES. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients and prospects.
  2. IDentify decision makers within each account and cultivate opportunities for profitable sales growth.
  3. Provide technical advisory support to customers, ensuring they receive expert guidance on our products.
  4. Prepare thoroughly for customer meetings, utilizing our Business Intelligence system to drive informed discussions.
  5. Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, ensuring seamless collaboration between sales teams.

Requirements:
  1. A proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the house builder sector.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
  3. Proficiency in using CRM systems and business intelligence tools to drive data-driven decisions.
